Returns
We hope you love your MIMI MUSE pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please review our guidelines below.
RETURNS
- Window: Email customercare.mimimuse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags/packaging intact and our long chain security tag un-removed. Removing this tag voids return eligibility. No stains, tears, odors, or alterations.
- Final Sale: Items marked Sale/Clearance/Final Sale and gift cards are non-returnable.
Proof of purchase: Order number required.
HOW TO RETURN
- Request RA: Email us within 7 days with order #, item(s), and reason.
- Ship back: Follow the instructions in your RA. Email tracking within 10 days of RA issuance.
RETURN SHIPPING
- U.S. returns: A USPS prepaid label is provided. Flat $35 will be deducted from your refund after we receive and verify the return.
- International returns: It’s up to you to arrange and pay return shipping using a tracked service.
REFUNDS
- Refunds go to the original payment method once your return is approved.
Original shipping fees aren’t refundable (including orders that qualified for free shipping). - Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your parcel for processing.
FAULTY ITEMS
- We process every order with care. But in the extreme case of you receiving faulty items, email within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we’ll replace or refund in full (including shipping).
EXCHANGE
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return and place a new order.
