What if the gown I want is too long for me?
No stress - the hem can be shortened by any tailor; our fabrics are straightforward to trim. Bring your event shoes and hem from the bottom to preserve the silhouette.

The size I want is sold out, what can I do?
They style/size you spotted is our of stock? No worries! Email our Customer Service team customercare.mimimuse@gmail.com, we’ll check if it’s coming back soon!

Do I need to pay taxes or duties?
Taxes refers to national taxes, VAT or GST. This is charged by your State and/or Country regulations. This will be included in your total order value and will not be further charged after checkout.
Duties are government-charged and are typically a fee charged by customs based on the value of goods. We have embedded duties into the shipping fees with a DDP upfront payment model, so you don’t have any surprise fees later for delivery.


Why are shipping rates for the U.S. higher now?
U.S. government-imposed import duties and customs charges have increased. We’ve updated our rates to reflect these mandatory costs—and we cover them upfront (DDP) so you don’t get hit with surprise fees later. Your checkout total will be your final delivered price.


Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to offer direct exchanges as a return option for now. Please initiate a return, and once your return has been processed, you can place a new order for the desired style or size. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be eligible for the refund.
